    Description: Trotz massiver Förderungen für die Digitalisierung ist die Präsenzlehre noch immer der Standard an deutschen Hochschulen. Aufgrund des Physical Distancing im Zuge der Corona-Pandemie musste sie jedoch kurzfristig fast vollständig digitalisiert werden. Die Beiträge des Bandes bieten einen multiperspektivischen Zugang zu den damit verbundenen Herausforderungen und beleuchten, wie die verschiedenen Akteur*innen die Umstellung auf digitale Lehr- und Lernformate umgesetzt und erlebt haben. Durch die Zusammenführung der verschiedenen Sichtweisen können die Bedarfe und Wünsche der einzelnen Akteursgruppen zusammengebracht und bei der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung der Hochschullehre besser berücksichtigt werden.

    Description: Im Jahr 2005 startete der Berliner Senat ein spannendes Experiment: Wie können sich die öffentlichen Verwaltungen und Landesbetriebe öffnen und mehr Migrant*innen als Beschäftigte gewinnen? Der Senat wollte Verantwortung in eigener Sache übernehmen, da er bis dahin selbst nur wenig Personal aus Einwanderer-Communities beschäftigte. Die zentralen Fragen waren: Was sollte und konnte man an den Einstellungsverfahren und in der Ausbildung ändern? Und wie kann man als Arbeitgeber für Migrant*innen attraktiv werden? Andreas Germershausen und Wilfried Kruse zeichnen mehr als ein Jahrzehnt Berliner Teilhabepolitik nach und zeigen auf, was interkulturelle Öffnung und Diversity-Orientierung in der Berufsausbildung konkret bedeuten.

    Description: Bei dem seit 2016 kursierenden Begriff »Transfer in der Lehre« geht es um eine stärkere Kooperation von Zivilgesellschaft und Hochschule. Umstritten ist, ob diese bildungspolitische Forderung gleichrangig zu Forschung und Lehre als dritte Mission in den regulären akademischen Tätigkeitskatalog aufgenommen werden soll.     Description: Switzerland is known for its multilingualism, yet not all languages are represented equally in society. The situation is exacerbated by the influx of heritage languages and English through migration and globalization processes which challenge the traditional education system. This study is the first to investigate how schools in Grisons, Fribourg, and Zurich negotiate neoliberal forces leading to a growing necessity of English, a romanticized view on national languages, and the social justice perspective of institutionalizing heritage languages. It uncovers power and legitimacy issues and showcases students' and teachers' complex identities to advocate equitable multilingual education.
