    Description: The aim of the methodology is to give an understanding of elder abuse, typologies, manifestations, risks of occurrence and procedures for detection and solution. The methodology helps those who regularly come into contact with older people to put knowledge about elder abuse into practice. This can be anyone who is not, or should not be, indifferent to seeing an older person treated inappropriately. The methodology is primarily intended for people working in support services, with recommendations for other relevant actors such as general practitioners and specialists, the police, the social services of local authorities, etc. However, it can also be used by interested members of the public and by non-profit organisations, which also have an essential role to play in dealing with this phenomenon. The procedures and recommendations presented here are based on the research activities of the RESTABUS project, which draw on the findings of other research teams from all over the world and from a wide range of scientific disciplines, as well as on many years of experience in working with older people.

    Description: Title in English: Motivation Support in Teaching German as a Foreign Language (and Beyond) With regard to the proven significant impact of motivation on learning processes and their success, promoting learner’s motivation can be described as an important part of pedagogical activity. The current book presents research investigations into learners’ motivation in learning German as a foreign language. A qualitative research design conducted as a multi-case study was chosen in order to gain a deeper insight into the issue of motivation. The results obtained showed the wide scope of teachers’ motivating influence on their learners. Many of the existing findings on motivation could be verified. Moreover, the specifics of motivation towards German as a second foreign language as well as the culturally conditioned specifics concerning Czech learners’ attitudes towards the German language have been highlighted.

    Description: Title in English: The future of metropolitan cooperation in the czech republic: development, governance, management Metropolitan regions are engines of economic growth, where research, innovation, technology and creative human potential are concentrated. The cooperation of municipalities in metropolitan regions in economically developed Europe dates back to the mid-1990s, while in the Czech Republic this new form of cooperation has been discussed more intensively since 2014, when three metropolitan areas and ten urban agglomerations were defined. However, there is still no systemic coordination of the problems and needs of metropolitan areas. The first activities aimed at real strengthening of metropolitan cooperation and development took place in the Brno Metropolitan Area within the framework of the TAČR ÉTA project “Institutionalization of metropolitan cooperation as a factor to increase the motivation of municipalities to cooperate in metropolitan areas”. The aim of the publication is to present the results of the project, experiences from abroad and their possible application in the Czech environment, as well as real steps to set up metropolitan inter-municipal cooperation.

    Description: The aim of the research report is to present the results of the representative survey carried out in the RESTABUS project. This survey is the first of its kind and scope in the Czech Republic in its focus on mapping the prevalence of elder abuse, exploitation, neglect, other violence and undermining of dignity of older people (EAN). The survey was carried out among 2687 respondents aged 65 to 99 years living at home (outside residential care) and is representative of the older population in the Czech Republic. The topic of EAN is complemented by issues of the perceived prevalence of EAN in the public space, capturing attitudes towards restorative justice, and early trauma incidents (experience of violence in childhood and middle age). Thus, the research not only describes the level of prevalence of violence and ill-treatment of older people in the Czech Republic, but also maps the impact of experienced incidents on the quality of life of persons at risk, ascertains the attitudes of the older people towards the functionality of available forms of help and support, and suggests the direction of their possible further development. The report includes a methodological section, a results section and a tabular annex.

    Description: Title in English: How do I cope?: Influence of school and family stressors on students aged 14–19 The publication deals with the influence of risk factors of the school and family environment on the ability of adolescent aged 14–19 to cope with stressful situations. After theoretical introductory part the main part of the publication presents the conclusions of a quantitative research survey monitoring the influence of selected stress factors (i.e. factors of the school and family environment) on the occurrence of psychosomatic difficulties, the character of coping strategies and the psychohygienic habits of the monitored group of adolescent pupils. These parameters are compared between groups with regard to their age, place of residence, type of school and the presence of specific learning disabilities. Presented outcomes can serve both pedagogical and counselling staff in school practice, as well as parents and the wider public.

    Description: Title in English: Research in foreign language didactics V This publication presents an empirical research of pronunciation mistakes of Czech students learning German as a second foreign language at elementary school. The aim of the research was to verify the extent of the students’ pronunciation difficulties with German pronunciation phenomena error-prone for Czech native speakers. The research determined in what way these errors manifest themselves in the transfer from the students’ previously acquired languages, i.e. their mother tongue (Czech) and the first foreign language learnt (English). Within the theoretical foundation, the focus is put on different concepts of pronunciation in terms of foreign language teaching objectives, definitions of language errors and their causes, the development of the German pronunciation standard and methodological approaches to error analysis.

    Description: Title in English: Prediction of potential locations for water-retention dams in landscape based on re-utilisation of defunct relics of water-management buildings: Certified methodology This certified methodology shows the steps to be taken by contractors and builders of small water reservoirs with a special focus on preserving and archiving cultural value of historic landscape and its evolution. The methodology describes how to find and use defunct relics of historical waterdams in modern constructions (water retention dams), from identification in the landscape, through incorporation into the project documentation of the dam construction, to basic protection during the building process itself. State legislature on historic landscape is also mentioned. Re-utilisation of historic waterdams allows for their conservation for future generations and points at features of the historic dams at risk of destruction, and which need archaeological attention during the construction works (especially the historical drainage outlet). This methodology is praxis driven, as it is actively using knowledge gained through close co-operation with contractors and builders, and reflects their needs during construction.

    Description: Title in English: Graphomotor skills: New approaches to the diagnosis This book focuses on graphomotor skills, their disorders and brings new possibilities to their diagnosis. The introduction discusses various theories of writing and the development of graphomotor skills and writing. It also defines graphomotor disorders and developmental dysgraphia and offers an overview of diagnostic methods for assessing handwriting disabilities. In the final chapter, the authors present an original approach to diagnosing graphomotor disabilities based on an objective analysis of online handwriting. The resulting “Graphomotor and Handwriting Disabilities Rating Scale” (GHDRS) allows for a detailed assessment of the sources of a child’s difficulties. The book is intended primarily for workers in the school guidance system, especially special educators and psychologists, but also for others interested in graphomotor skills.

    Description: Title in English: The concept of developing geoinformatics skills in teaching at primary and secondary schools This conceptual monograph responds to insufficient support for developing geoinformation skills in Czech lower and upper secondary schools. It aims to create an interconnected system for developing geoinformation skills in teaching in lower and upper secondary schools, emphasizing the implementation of GIS tools and proposing principles for the development of geoinformation skills in teaching. For this purpose, a matrix of learning tasks is created, arranged according to individual geoinformation skills – reading, selection, use, creation, and sharing. The monograph is intended mainly for pre-service and in-service geography teachers at lower and upper secondary schools, the leaders of school educational programmes, and teachers in non-formal education. The monograph, including learning tasks and other materials, is available online at https://gitdoskol.ped.muni.cz.

    Description: Title in English: Methodological publication of work with inclusive classroom with the focus on pupils with physical disability: Methodical Manual Publication is one of the outputs of the project Quality Inclusive Education of Pupils with Special Education Needs at elementary and secondary school. This text focuses on teaching pupils with physical disabilities in an inclusive classroom. The text is divided into three chapters, the first one defines theoretical background. Described is physical disability with an emphasis on cerebral palsy together with the specifics of the target group of pupils. Part of the chapter also defines special pedagogical diagnostics. The second chapter focuses on the education of pupil with cerebral palsy in inclusive school. In the third chapter are presented results of the research part of the project with special education needs – with physical disabilities with the focus on cerebral palsy.

    Description: The Moche culture, also known as Mochica, developed in the Early Intermediate Period of Ancient Peru, approximately in the 1st and 7th centuries. It was a civilization that existed on the north coast of Peru and in the Moche valley. Standing out for its hydraulic inventions, its monumental architecture, its exquisite artistic development, especially in the fields of goldsmithing and ceramics.During the heyday of the Mochica culture, they carried out very important architectural works, also known as huacas,which have endured over time, becoming part of a cultural and ancestral legacy.The Mochicas had made the desert Peruvian coast their home, but as a result of the terrible meteorological phenomenon known as El Niño, which occurred at the end of the 7th century, ruining the Mochica's way of life, even many of the inhabitants began to fall ill. In addition, it weakened the political organization, since many of the leaders started internal wars, which led to the end of the Mochica states.

Sobresaliendo por sus invenciones hidráulicas, su arquitectura monumental, su exquisito desarrolló artístico, especialmente en los campos de la orfebrería y la cerámica.Durante el apogeo de la cultura mochica realizaron importantísimas obras arquitectónicas, también conocidas como huacas, que han perdurado a lo largo del tiempo, convirtiéndose en parte de un legado cultural y ancestral.Los mochicas habían convertido la desértica costa peruana en su hogar, pero a consecuencia del terrible fenómeno meteorológico conocido como El Niño, que ocurrió a finales del siglo VII, arruinando el modo de vivir de los mochicas, incluso muchos de los habitantes comenzaron a enfermar. Además, debilitó la organización política, pues muchos de los líderes iniciaron guerras internas, lo que generó el fin de los estados de mochica.

The purpose is to note that the positivist tradition, with high degrees of conceptual and methodological purity criteria in legal research, has not allowed dialogue and changes in the epistemological position. I maintain that qualitative research is a fertile field to strengthen interactivity over one-sidedness, the experiential character among those who possess scientific knowledge; as well as social knowledge, popular knowledge, in the integral perspective of the ecology of knowledge, as the study of all existing sciences in the world.

    Description: Title in English: Integration of 3D printing technology into teaching in primary and secondary schools: Verified Methodology With the development of 3D printing technology in recent years, there has been a significant decrease in the price of printers and thus an increase in the availability of this technology. This technological area opens up new possibilities in a wide range of fields from industry, medicine, construction and architecture to the level of everyday home use. We also see a huge didactic potential in 3D technology, which is currently not being used. The implementation of 3D technologies in teaching at primary and secondary schools enables the creation of completely new types of teaching aids and increases the availability of teaching models for pupils and students. Students can work with teaching models in class and, with methodological supports, they also actively participate in their creation.

    Description: Title in English: Test versions equivalence of the Slovak upper-secondary school leaving examination The research presented in this book strives to answer how test versions equivalence – a necessary condition for meaningful and fair interpretation and comparison of students’ results – could be achieved in the context of high-stakes examination. The research was carried on the Slovak upper-secondary school leaving examination in English at B1 level, namely on the tests of receptive skills operationalized between 2012 and 2015. Theoretical research on the methods and procedures and the application of some of them on the Slovak examinations in the empirical part provided deep insight into the degree of comparability of the test versions used between 2012 and 2015 and made it possible to identify problem areas in terms of test versions comparability. The research helped to identify suitable methods and approaches that might enable to develop equivalent test versions and subsequently, to interpret meaningfully the test results and the measured construct, i.e. students’ language proficiency.

The present work, in addition, is part of the historical debts that the country has had, in many issues that it has left aside , which you have neglected, or have deliberately not paid due attention to. One of them is precisely the issue of original, indigenous, ancestral Law that is now approached as intercultural justice, or legal pluralism, and that is just beginning to be treated as a new theory and trend that should deserve a place in the construction of a new country in the coming years.

    Description: Se trata de mostrar que en los inicios del siglo XX en el sur del Perú, y particularmente en Puno, se gestó una preocupación por el Derecho indígena peruano y ahora a propósito de los 200 años de República que estamos próximos a cumplir, cabe recordar qué motivaciones tuvieron los impulsores de dicha propuesta, qué actividades desarrollaron, qué tipo de resonancia tuvieron sus aportes en el espectro nacional.El presente trabajo, además se enmarca dentro de las deudas históricas que ha tenido el país, en muchos temas que ha dejado de lado, que ha descuidado, o deliberadamente no le han prestado la debida atención. Uno de ellos es justamente el tema del Derecho originario, indígena, ancestral que ahora es abordado como justicia intercultural, o pluralismo jurídico, y que recién empieza a ser tratado como una teoría y tendencia nueva que debe merecer un lugar en la construcción de un nuevo país en los próximos años.

    Description: The peasants' struggle to defend their dignity, achieve their freedom and shield their fundamental rights was arduous from the beginning; contradictorily, the marginalization suffered by the Spaniards in the colonial era was minor compared to the bloody exploitation of which they were victims in the republican era, a time where the flags of freedom and autonomy of the country were raised utopianly -ideally for the one who even came in a noble gesture to offer their lives, always first in the battle line of the liberation struggle-. In this context, a generation of Puno intellectuals arose, many of them knowledgeable in law, who from different fronts contributed to the feat of recognition of the rights that the man from the countryside always deserved for his own condition as a human being. This article focuses on the stage from 1821 to 1920, considering the political, legal and constitutional context; as well as in the indigenista movement both in its political, cultural and social sphere, given that its relevance is not exhausted in the temporal or historical aspect, especially if it continues to be part of the reflection on identity as a social group and of general shape as a nation and as a country

    Description: La lucha de los campesinos por defender su dignidad, alcanzar su libertad y escudar sus derechos fundamentales fue ardua desde sus inicios; contradictoriamente, la marginación sufrida por parte de los españoles en la época colonial resultaba siendo menor en comparación con la cruenta explotación de la que fueron víctimas en la época republicana, una época donde utópicamente se enarbolaron las banderas de libertad y autonomía del país -ideal por el que llegaron incluso en noble gesto a ofrendar sus vi-das, siempre primeros en la línea de batalla de la lucha libertadora-. En ese contexto, surge una generación de intelectuales puneños, muchos de ellos entendidos en leyes, quienes desde distintos frentes aportaron en la gesta del reconocimiento de los derechos que el hombre del campo siempre mereció por su propia condición de ser humano.     Description: Title in English: Design-based Research of an ESP Coursebook This book deals with the concept of design-based research which presents a challenge for English for specific purposes (ESP) teachers to deal with complex curriculum issues in dynamic contexts of teaching practice. The development of learning materials seems to be a fact of life for many ESP teachers. Even though there are many empirically grounded studies for the development of English language learning materials, only a few studies deal with ESP materials development that would provide potential authors with instructions on how to proceed with their design. Design-Based Research of an ESP Coursebook offers a solution to this problem since it describes the systematic implementation, evaluation, and development of an ESP coursebook with the aim of producing design principles and empirically grounded theories. It is believed that the design principles presented in this book should provide a basis for adaptation to other situations, that is, they can help teachers to develop ESP coursebooks tailored for their own courses.

    Description: Throughout the history of our country there were different cultural developments, in this essay we are going to take into account only one, this is the Paracas culture, one of the oldest in Peru, also known as the dominators of the desert since they originated in the north of our country. The aim of this essay will be based mainly on demonstrating that the Paracas were not just a simple cultural development or a group of inhabitants of ancient Peru, on the contrary, we seek to highlight that each behaviourthroughout their period of development had a very important purpose that would demonstrate why the Paracas were a state that had a great administrative and sovereign power throughout the extension of its territory.In the course of the essay, first of all, general aspects of the Paracas state are mentioned, such as its period of development in ancient Peru, its discovery, its marvellous textile technique expressed mainly in its ceremonial and funerary mantles, as well as its architectural constructions. The fundamental aspects for a society to establish itself as a state are established, which according to García Toma and Porrúa Pérez are Population, Territory and Authority or Political Power, then each element is developed in relation to Paracas.In relation to the Paracas Territory, the territorial extension that they managed to dominate is mentioned and, of course, their capital is defined. Regarding the political power, which was considered as a theocratic government, we will explain the origin and the influences they had for this development to take place. Last but not least, we will talk about the population as the basis for the formation of a state, taking into account the importance of the economic activities they carried out. Finally, taking these three points into account, we will come to the conclusion that the Paracas were a highly organised population in various aspects, which would lead us to consider them as a very well-developed state of Ancient Peru.

    Description: A lo largo de la historia de nuestro país existieron distintos desarrollos culturales, en este ensayo vamos a tomar en cuenta solo una, esta es la cultura Paracas una de las más antiguas del Perú conocidos también como los dominadores del desierto ya que se originaron en el norte de nuestro país. El objetivo de este ensayo se basará principalmente en demostrar que los Paracas no solo fueron un simple desarrollo cultural o un grupo de habitantes del Perú antiguo, muy por el contrario, buscamos destacar que cada comportamiento en todo su periodo de desarrollo tenía un fin muy importante que demostraría por qué los Paracas fueron un Estado que contaba con un gran poder administrativo y soberano en toda la extensión de su territorio.En el transcurso del ensayo primeramente se mencionan aspectos generales del estado Paracas como su periodo de desarrollo del Perú antiguo, su descubrimiento, su maravillosa técnica textil expresados principalmente en sus mantos ceremoniales y funerarios, como también sus construcciones arquitectónicas. Se establecen los aspectos fundamentales para que una sociedad se establezca como estado el cual según García Toma y Porrúa Pérez son Población, Territorio y Autoridad o Poder Político, luego se desarrolla cada elemento en relación a Paracas.En base al Territorio Paracas se menciona la extensión territorial que lograron dominar y por su puesto definir cuál fuesu capital. Respecto al Poder político el cual era considerado como un gobierno teocrático, explicaremos el origen y las influencias que tuvieron para que se diera dicho desarrollo, por ultimo y no menos importante hablaremos sobre la población como base de la formación de un estado, teniendo en cuenta la importancia de las actividades económicas que estos realizaban. Finalmente tomando en cuenta estos tres puntos se llega a la conclusión de que los Paracas fueron una población sumamente organizada en diversos aspectos, lo que nos llevaría a considerarlo como un estado muy bien desarrollado del Perú Antiguo

    Description: This work establishes a relationship between the organization system and the construction of a multiethnic State under certain reasons behind the Inca expansion. Therefore, this essay aims to substantiate that the Incas formed a State, under the various requirements or essential elements therefore it requires. TheInca culture is studied and analyzed by historians, sociologists, anthropologists, etc. who throughout history tried to find out and interpret the various vestiges and the reason for their expansion and organization, as well as the form and type of government in the empire, which resemble the form of Roman government, omnipotent and centralist with a close cosmological, theological, blood bond. A sovereign State, with a high power over the population (ayllus) and the other ethnic groups absorbed by two modalities: by a peaceful way (respecting their culture and language) and by another violent and ruthless (imposing their culture and language).

Un Estado soberano, con unalto poder sobre la población (ayllus) y las demás etnias absorbidas por dos modalidades: por una vía pacífica (respetando su cultura e idioma) y por otra violenta y despiadada (imponiendo su cultura e idioma) imponiendo así sus costumbres -ordenamiento jurídico, creencias, y la religión (politeísta) como acto de imposición, opresión o sometimiento, para un buen control.

    Description: In the present research work, it has the objective of demonstrating and arguing that the organization and characteristics of Chavín correspond properly to that of a State, such as government, territory and nation. As for its sociopolitical organization, itwas established under a theocratic system as one of the first forms of institutionalization, for which it was headed by the priests, followed by the warrior nobility and the people. Establishing ideological legitimacy, severely in religion and mythology; on the other hand, Chavín was constituted by a coercive force that contributed to the good organization that it possessed inside and outside its territory, therefore, it is implied that it was a great State, likewise, they have demonstrated their abilitiessuch as: the use of stone for the construction of public and private temples, which benefit from the good development of their society within their territory, in relation to the sovereignty that they had over political, social, cultural and economic activities. Another characteristic is that it possessed production surpluses, which manifested it through the distribution of wealth; and investigating a little more in the activities carried out by the inhabitants of Chavín, it is shown that they had a fairly developed agriculture. So, based on all the information collected and the analysis of each of the characteristics, we can conclude that Chavín meets the conditions and requirements to be considered a State.

    Description: El presente ensayo tiene el objetivode argumentarque la organización y las características de Chavín corresponden propiamente a la de un Estado,tales comogobierno, territorio y nación. En cuanto a su organización sociopolítica, se constituyó bajo un sistema teocrático como una de las primeras formas de institucionalización, por lo cual, estaba encabezada por los sacerdotes, seguido de la nobleza guerrera yel pueblo, estableciendo la legitimación ideológica, basándose en la religión y mitología; por otra parte, Chavín estaba constituida por una fuerza coactiva que contribuía a la buena organización que poseía dentro y fuera de su territorio, por ende, se daentender que fue un gran Estado,así mismo, han demostrado sus habilidades como el uso de la piedra para la construcción de templos de carácter público y privado que beneficiaban al buen desarrollo de su sociedad dentro de su territorio, en relación con la soberanía que esta tenía para con las actividades políticas, sociales, culturales y económicas. Otra característica es que poseía los excedentes de producción, que lo manifestaban a través del reparto de la riqueza; e indagando un poco más en las actividades que realizaban los pobladores de Chavín, se muestra que poseían una agricultura bastante desarrollada. Entonces, en base a toda la información recopilada y el análisis de cada una de las características, se concluye que Chavín cumple con las condiciones y requisitos para ser considerada como un Estado.

The concept of 3A methodology follows the tradition of didactic analysis focused on the content of education as developed in the didactic approach of W. Klafki (1967). The idea here is that the teacher first reflects on the question “what will I teach / what will the pupils learn” and derives the choice of teaching practices, i.e. “how will I teach / how will the pupils go about learning”, from the answer to this question. The method of research on teaching presented here is intended to meet the needs of teachers first and foremost by addressing the questions that teachers actually have to address when they prepare lessons, when they work with pupils in them, and when they reflect on ways to improve them. The book will offer teachers the opportunity to engage with research findings and to put them into practice.

Szymborska, U. Fanthorpe, J. Stone etc.). It results from an Intermedial studies seminar held in 2021 within the program Literature and Intercultural Communication at Masaryk University, Brno. The contributions display various approaches that fall under two main intermedial methods, literature-centered (introduced by Werner Wolf), which focuses primarily on a semantic analysis of the original text, and literature-oriented (as suggested by Irina Rajewsky), which respects the transmediation as an autonomous representation and observes its relations to the pretext mainly retrospectively; and even a comparative one, which involves a translinguistic analysis of translations as intercultural and historical transfers.

    Description: Title in English: Online marketing communication targeting school-age children The online environment contains many forms of marketing messages, many of which cannot be easily distinguished from regular content. Due to their lack of experience, children are more susceptible to marketing messages that influence their buying habits. The respondents in our research were children between the ages of 10 and 13, who are both consumers and customers and who play an important role in the purchasing decisions of their families. Investigating the types of online marketing communications children consume, their attitudes towards them and whether and how this influences their purchasing is therefore of paramount importance. We conclude with practical recommendations for schools and parents on how to educate children about online marketing.

The theoretical findings are verified empirically on a sample of companies included in its own database created in the research project. Economic data from the financial statements of companies in the Czech Republic, which merged in the past 10 years, are statistically evaluated and subjected to debate. The first part is devoted to the historical development of mergers and their importance in the global and national economy. The following chapters present the results of the survey of motivation of mergers in the Czech region, discussion of the issues arising from the legislation at transformation of companies and comparison of accounting methods Czech accounting rules, international rules (IFRS) and the accounting principles (U.S. GAAP). The final chapter on tax aspects of mergers provides recommendations for reducing administrative burden and tax problems with the mergers. The book is suitable for scientists, specialized companies and professionals who work in the transformation of companies.

Career adaptability plays an important role in coping with changing demands in the field of work. What is career adaptability? Why is it important, and what does it affect? The answers to these questions and many others are provided in the monograph, entitled “Career adaptability: Its Forms, Changes, Contexts, and Roles in the Lives of Young Adults Undergoing Upper-Secondary Vocational Education,” which is the first publication written on this topic in the Czech language. In the book, a team of authors presents the construct of career adaptability and the results of unique research carried out in the Czech Republic. In the first part, the reader may find an analytical overview of various concepts of career adaptability and related concepts. The central part of the publication is devoted to the results of quantitatively conducted longitudinal research, which aimed to identify career adaptability and its relationships to several demographic, school, relational, and personality variables in the case of students and later graduates of upper-secondary vocational education—those who are in the crucial stages of their career construction. Many empirical findings concentrated in this book are beneficial not only for the career counseling theories and research on career adaptability but also for vocational education or career counseling practitioners.

The worksheets enable differentiated individual work of pupils. The tasks lead to the development of their abstract and exact thinking, critical reasoning and argumentation. The tasks are based on current curriculum documents but go beyond the educational content in some places. The difficulty of the tasks on each worksheet grades from the least difficult to the most difficult, usually from the extension curriculum.

Manual for the MABC-2 motor skills test for children Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are neuro-developmental pervasive multifactorial diseases of unknown aetiology that are often associated with a significant impairment of motor skills and a delay in motor development. With the rapidly increasing prevalence of these disorders in the Czech Republic and worldwide, the possibilities of diagnosing the motor skills of children with ASD are an increasingly important priority. The research modified the standard administration and implementation process of the Movement Assessment Battery for Children, 2nd edition (MABC-2) by designing modifications that utilize fundamental principles of structured learning and the TEACCH program. In particular, these elements: Individualization, Structuralization, Visualization and Motivation, were implicated in the entire process of testing children's motor skills with the MABC-2 Test.

Noël, S. Renaud, C. Singer and S. Germain. Their literary texts cover the whole of the 20th century and show diversity in approaches to space, but also a difference in the literature of 1st and 2nd halves of 20th century. Methodologically, it proceeds from the phenomenological view of G. Bachelard on the intimate space of the home, through the open and sacred space according to M. Eliade's study, towards the geocritical analysis of the space, based on the almost unused B. Westphal's theory of geocriticism. The study of space shows that literature can not be separated from the outside world, on the contrary, it contributes to its better understanding.

There was certainly no lack of biographical views in the research of the faculty history, still, such a complex set of biograms has not been collected so far. And the publication offers much more: the authors use a large set of biographical data to interpret the history of the faculty from the perspective of alternating academic generations and contemplate the formative generation experience as well as the phenomena that affected the lives of academics and students over the past 100 years. These include, as a matter of fact, both positive and negative phenomena, therefore, the publication is not just an overview of deserving personalities, respected scientists and charismatic teachers, but it also openly discusses the lives of controversial scholars. Thus, the collection of biograms provides a credible testimony to the one-hundred-year work of the faculty, continually blending studies, science and politics.

    Description: This essay shows that Chimú is a State, but what is a State? therefore, it is a politically organized society directed by a ruling class and whose purpose is to achieve the common welfare of the population that is settled in a certain territory. In this sense, the State is made up of three essential elements: Power, People and Territory. Therefore, the Chimú State -discovered by Max Uhle in 1902-complies with the three fundamental elements. As for the territory, it included the entire north coast of Peru from Tumbes to the Chillón River, being its capital Chan Chan, from there power was exercised through the "Ciquic" or maximum Chimú rulers and in the surrounding valleys through the "Alaec", both were in charge of organizing and directing the human element -the town-that was dedicated to various economic activities such as fishing, crafts, goldsmithing, agriculture, etc., which allowed the subsistence and development of all the Chimu state.

En ese sentido, el Estado este compuesto por tres elementos esenciales: Poder, Pueblo y Territorio. Por tanto, el Estado Chimú -descubierta por Max Uhle en 1902-cumple con los tres elementos fundamentales.     Description: Public officials today use social networks to broadcast ideas, ex-press opinions, communicate about their activities and interact with citi-zens. However, that virtual interaction can be obstructed when public offi-cials block users or followers on their social networks (Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, QQ.). If this happens, the citizen is prevented or limited from knowing the ideas and activity of the public official. Blocking followers serves to protect the intima-cy, integrity and private life of users. Its use may be discretionary for people who do not have public responsibility, however, the scenario varies in the case of public officials. In this context, the objective of this work has been to analyze whether public officials can freely block users. The methodology that is followed consists of a qualitative approach, using the analytical and dogmatic method, with a bibliographical and normative review. The con-clusion is that the official does not have the discretionary power to block their networks, since those who follow the account are interested in knowing the information or opinions that it disseminates, in addition, it is of public interest. In such a context, a public official cannot block users and if he does, it limits rights such as freedom of expression and information of citizens.

    Description: Los funcionarios públicos en la actualidad usan las redes socia-les para emitir ideas, expresar opiniones, comunicar sobre sus actividades e interactuar con los ciudadanos. Sin embargo, esa interacción virtual puede verse obstruida cuando los funcionarios públicos bloquean a los usuarios o seguidores en sus redes sociales (Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Face-book Messenger, WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, QQ.). Si esto ocurre, el ciu-dadano queda impedido o limitado de conocer las ideas y la actividad del funcionario público. Bloquear seguidores sirve para resguardar la intimidad, integridad y vida privada de los usuarios. Su uso puede ser discrecional para personas que no posean responsabilidad pública, sin embargo, el escenario varía en el supuesto de funcionarios públicos. En ese contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo ha sido analizar si los funcionarios públicos pueden bloquear libremente a los usuarios. La metodología que se sigue consiste en enfoque cualitativo, empleando el método analítico y dogmático, con revisión biblio-gráfica y normativa. La conclusión es que el funcionario no tiene potestad discrecional para bloquear de sus redes, ya que quienes siguen la cuenta están interesados en conocer la información o las opiniones que difunde, además, es de interés público. En tal contexto, un funcionario público no puede bloquear usuarios y si lo hace limita derechos como la libertad de expresión e información de los ciudadanos.

    Description: Title in English: Pro-naturally focused teacher and his approach to (environmental) education The publication aims to cover the key factors which influenced the teacher´s biophile/pro-environmental orientation, and his approach to the education, and subsequently provide his life picture for which the term bioprofile is used. In order to fulfill the goal of the publication a qualitative approach was chosen. The group of respondents consisted of four teachers whose profiles corresponded with the set beforehand criteria. For data collecting and their analysis and interpretation the method of life history in combination with the narrative, phenomenological and hermeneutical approaches was used. The final bioprofile, which is mainly the result of the respondents´spontaneous narration, interlinks three related areas. These were detected within the process of the obtained data analysis and comparison. The submitted monography offers a more complex view of pro-environmentally oriented teacher. Exploring the life history of each respondent, enabled us not only to identify the essential factors which influenced the teacher´s biophile orientation, but also to understand deeper his personality and the way of his pedagogical thinking.

    Description: Legal interculturality constitutes the interaction of human groups with different cultures in terms of norms, procedures, principles or behaviors considered legal by the same group. Access to ordinary justice for indigenous peoples constitutes a real challenge since they have to counteract barriers both in territorial coverage due to the excessive judicialization of conflicts, as well as excessive formalities, and, as we will analyze in this investigation, the dominant use of the Spanish language, which would limit the right of access to justice of the Aymara or Quechua-speaking procedural parties. It is precisely about these barriers that the present investigation is concerned, which aims, as an objective, to verify the access of Quechua and Aymara language litigants to the judicial service in the Superior Court of Justice of Puno. Regarding the applied methodology, this is descriptive- hermeneutic, since it is a work of description of reality and of an interpretive nature, since the purpose is to understand, interpret, deepen the meanings from the point of view of the actors in the problem and establish relationships between the meanings and the context. The technique of analysis will be the Qualitative Analysis. The results obtained in the investigation in relation to the linguistic barriers in the justice service that is offered in the Superior Court of Justice of Puno have had a development of progressive advance; This is how the manifest reality has been verified in 2011, through an investigation on access to justice for Quechua and Aymara-speaking litigants, finding clear difficulties for the corresponding access to the justice system. In an evolutionary view and with the passing of time, it has been possible to verify that this barrier has been gradually and effectively eliminated through training actions, assignment of suitable personnel to attend to the litigating public in the Aymara and Quechua language, drafting of resolutions finals in Quechua and Aymara, and the implementation of a system of translators and interpreters, thereby facilitating full access to the judicial system.

    Description: La interculturalidad jurídica constituye la interacción de grupos humanos con culturas diferentes en cuanto a normas, procedimientos, principios o conductas consideradas jurídicas por el mismo grupo. El acceso a la justicia ordinaria para los pueblos originarios constituye un verdadero desafío pues tienen que contrarrestar barreras tanto en la cobertura territorial por la excesiva judicialización de los conflictos, como los excesivos formalismos,y, como analizaremos en la presente investigación, el uso dominante del idioma castellano, con lo que se limitaría el derecho al acceso a la justicia de las partes procesales aymara o quechua hablantes. Precisamente sobre dichas barreras es que versa la presente investigación que pretende, como objetivo, verificar el acceso de los litigantes de idioma quechua y aymara al servicio judicial en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Puno.Respecto a la metodología aplicada esta es de tipo descriptivo-hermenéutico, pues es un trabajo de descripción de la realidad y de carácter interpretativo, pues el propósito es comprender, interpretar, profundizar en los significados desde el punto de vista delos actores del problema y establecer relaciones entre los significados y el contexto. La técnica de análisis será el Análisis Cualitativo. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación en relación a las barreras lingüísticas en el servicio de justicia que se brinda en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Puno ha tenido un desarrollo de avance progresivo; así se ha verificado la realidad manifiesta en el año 2011, mediante una investigación sobre acceso a la justicia para litigantes quechua y aymara hablantes, encontrándose claras dificultades para el correspondiente acceso al sistema de justicia. En una mirada evolutiva y con el devenir del tiempo se ha podido verificar que tal barrera se ha venido eliminando de forma paulatina y efectiva mediante acciones de capacitación, asignación de personal idóneo para la atención al público litigante en idioma aymara y quechua, redacción de resoluciones finales en quechua y aymara, y la implementación de sistema de traductores e intérpretes facilitando con ello el pleno acceso al sistema judicial.

El desarrollo de Wari según Lumbreras fue tal que se puede decir que no solo se habla de una cultura, sino de un Estado. Por lo que se destacan algunos aspectos importantes como su organización política, social y económica. Así mismo su tecnología y religión, cumpliendo con los requisitos de un Estado y su definición.Con base en nuestro análisis de la cuestión social sobre Wari, encontramos empíricamente que contiene una amplia variedad de manifestaciones de lo que podríamos llamar un estado e incluso un imperio estatal en nuestro mundo contemporáneo. The editor Jiří Poláček approached researchers from various disciplines from literary studies to linguistics and to theatre studies with an appeal to think and rethink the literary and general cultural legacy of this important figure.     Description: Title in English: Posture and muscle imbalances in children aged 6–8 years: case study The monograph focuses on the posture of children aged 6–8, specifically on the period before they enter the primary school and on the first two years of schooling. In six case studies, we focus on the quality of posture, the functional state of selected muscles and muscle groups of the monitored children and their physical activity regime. In order to examine the musculoskeletal system, we use visual methods and functional muscle test by Janda, and we also use observation, interview, questionnaire survey and other methods. The findings of the original research provide detailed knowledge regarding posture, the state of the musculoskeletal system and the locomotor regime of children at school and outside, which partly differ from other authors’ findings.
