Abstract
THIS report describes the first results of an analysis of the chemical composition of dew collected in Jerusalem, Israel, during the dry summer season of 1967. The data are compared with analyses of precipitation and dry fallout carried out during previous years (unpublished results of Yaalon and Jacobs), which were made in an attempt to evaluate the contribution of airborne salts to the circulation of soluble salts1,2.
