Pair spectra in tetragonal zinc diphosphide (ZnP2) and cadmium diphosphide (CdP2) single crystals

Abstract

The photoluminescence of single crystals of ZnP2 and CdP2 are measured at 4.2°K. The received spectra are interpreted in terms of pair spectra.
