Total quality “down under”: the Australian Quality Award ‐ an innovative model for Business Excellence
Abstract
Notes the importance of countries beyond Europe in terms of the contribution of valuable ideas to the development of TQM. Looks at the introduction of the Australian Quality Award and its development from 1988 to the present day. Examines in detail the criteria and purpose of the award.
