A printer's error in the paper by Pedersen, Vyskocil, Schönfeld & Kostorz [J. Appl. Cryst. (1997). 30, 975-985] is corrected. The surname of the second author was given incorrectly as Vysckocil. The correct spelling is Vyskocil. The names of all of the authors of the paper are given correctly above.
