Wird nach dem angegebenen Verfahren gearbeitet, so eignet sich die absolute Photometrie gut zur Bestimmung von Protein in Pflanzen, im besonderen beiMelilotus.

Summary

If the procedure given in the paper be followed, the determination of protein in plants may be satisfactorily carried out by absolute photometry, especially in the case ofmelilotus.

La photométrie absolue est bien utilisable pour la détermination de protéine dans les plantes, en particulier pourmelilotus, si on travaille suivant le procédé élaboré ci-dessus.
