Summary

The morphology ot the humerus corrobates the placement of the endemic Bornean genusChlamydochaera with the thrushes in the family Muscicapidae and further negates any possible relationship with the Campephagidae. On plumage and zoogeographical grounds,Chlamydochaera is suggested as being closely related to the turdine genusCochoa.
