It should be pointed out that the strong decentralization attributed to pattern “Z” in Table 1 (almost 100 percent decentralization) need not necessarily be considered as greater decentralization than that associated with patterns “V” and “W” (where the decision-making authority is distributed rather uniformly among nodes at all levels, and not only at nodes of the 4th level.
