Zusammenfassung
Durch Verändern der Bedingungen der Perjodsäure-Schiff-Methode zur Anfärbung von Polysacchariden konnte auf Papier aufgetragenes Glykogen von der Färbung ausgeschaltet werden und Galaktogen in gewissen Grenzen allein zur Darstellung gebracht werden.
Summary
By varying the conditions of the periodic-acid-Schiff-method for staining polysaccharides on paper it has been able, to eliminate glycogen from the reaction and to stain only galactogen.
