Schlußfolgerung

Mit der hier beschriebenen Methode kann Nitrat schnell und zuverlässig bestimmt werden in Lebensmitteln, Futtermitteln und Wasserproben. Der Zusatz von Nitrat zu Probenmaterialien führte in allen Fällen zu einer Wiederfindung von >90%.
