Summary

The following Isopoda Anthuridea were collected in the Weddell Sea during the expedition of RV Polarstern in the season 1982/83: Eisothistos antarcticus Vanhöffen, Accalathura gigantissima Kussakin, Paranthura antarctica Kussakin and Leptanthura glacialis Hodgson. Redescriptions of these species are presented together with a list of the Anthuridea hitherto recorded south of the Antarctic Convergence.
