Abstract
The group of automorphisms of the Galilei groupG: Aut(G) is calculated. It is shown that Aut(G) has the structure of a semi-direct product byG of the group ℝ *m ×ℝm where ℝm is the group of reals noted multiplicatively and ℝ *m <ℝm is the subgroup of positive reals.
