Preparation of medium for large-scale hybridoma culture

Summary

Procedures for preparing 400-liter lots of medium for culturing hybridoma cells are detailed. Modifications to Williams essential basal medium are listed and the effectiveness of the medium for culturing hybridoma cells for antibody production is discussed.
