Conclusions

The addition of 0.13% As to steels 16GS, 16G2SF, and 18G2SF increases the ferrite grain size and raises the critical points of steels 16GS and 16G2SF.

Alloying of ferrite with arsenic leads to an increase in the rate of grain boundary migration.
