Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Use of the described method to regulate lever-gear measuring heads having compensators for manufacturing errors reduces the labor and increases the accuracy of regulating the heads during manfacture or repair. The described method of regulation has been introduced at the Leningrad Tool Works.

  2. 2.

    The proposed regulation method can be used also for any other measuring instruments and devices having compensators for manfacturing errors.
