Summary

Free radial vibration of a non-homogeneous circular plate of variable thickness has been studied. The thickness at a distancer from the axis through the centre of the plate perpendicular to the middle surface is chosen to be a function ofr. The problem has been solved for a disc with a central hole and also for one having no central hole.
