Cerebrospinal fluid immune complexes in multiple sclerosis

Summary

Using a C 1q binding test, immune complexes have been detected in one half of cerebrospinal fluid samples from patients with multiple sclerosis. These results provide additional evidence for the participation of an immune reaction in the disease process.
