Zusammenfassung

An der Oberfläche isolierter Glomerulus-Basalmembranen des Schweins konnten durch Gefrierätzung und durch Negativkontrastierung unregelmässig verteilte Partikel nachgewiesen werden. Sie werden als Reste der Glycocalyx von Endothel- beziehungsweise Epithelzellen angesehen und zeigen einen partikulären Aufbau dieser Kohlenhydratschicht an.
