Zusammenfassung

Paraoxon beeinflusst die Wirkung vonα-Lobelin über den Axonreflex, der Schwitzen menschlicher Haut auslöst. Geringe Konzentrationen vonα-Lobelin werden durch Paraoxon verstärkt, während höhere gehemmt werden. Daraus wird gefolgert, dass endogenes Acetylcholin an der Auslösung des Axonreflexes beteiligt sein kann.
