Abstract
The variation of the thermal coefficient of expansion with composition of the γ alloys, as deduced from measurements of crystal parameters, agrees in the main with that found by Guillaume and by Chevenard, who made measurements on rods of the materials. Certain divergences, which may be due to differences in the purities of the alloys employed in the different investigations, have been observed.
