After publication the authors became aware of two mistakes. The first is a wrong scaling factor in the evaluation of the numerical data. The values for elastic moduli are in fact λ,μ,ν = 42.8,51.8,−53.8. This changes slightly the relative positions of the curves in figs. 1 and 2. The second mistake concerns the projection from two dimensions to one dimension: Instead of ω2 = 2μq the effective theory gives ω2 = 4qμ(λ + 2μ)/(λ + 3μ), which coincides with the longitudinal branch of eq. (14). As can be seen in the new fig. 2, there is no longer any visible difference between the theoretical prediction and the numerical result.
The final conclusions of the paper are thus strengthened.
