Abstract

Recent K¯N interaction models are used to construct microscopic momentum-space optical potentials including complete Fermi averaging, three-body dynamics, nonlocalities, and the exclusion principle. Bound states are found with K¯ orbits internal to and external to the nucleus (Λ* hypernuclei and kaonic atoms).
