Extension of the Beg-Agassi-Gal theorem to virtual particles

Abstract

We investigate the propagation of virtual particles in a medium with anticorrelations. We show that it obeys an analog of the Beg-Agassi-Gal theorem, namely, that the medium effects disappear at high momentum. The relevance to pion exchange interactions is discussed.
