Summary
The high field 1H- and 13C-NMR (300 MHz and 75.5 MHz respectively) spectra of poly(2-vinyl selenophene) synthesized by free radical initiation have been recorded and analyzed. Both the 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra of poly(2-vinyl selenophene) have many similarities to the corresponding poly-2- and 3-vinyl thiophene spectra and could, therefore, be interpreted in a like manner.
