Résumé

On a élaboré une méthode titrimétrique de détermination de microquantités d'iode à l'aide des réactifs organiques — Chrompyrazol I (CrPyr I) et le bleu de méthylène (BM).

La méthode préconisée est basée sur la combinaison de la méthode extractionnelle et volumétrique et permet de titrer jusqu'à 1μg de I−/ml.

Les ions Br−, Cl−, NO3 − et SO4 2− ne gênent pas le détermination.

Zusammenfassung

Ein maßanalytisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Mikromengen Jod mit Hilfe organischer Reagenzien (Chrompyrazol I und Methylenblau) wurde ausgearbeitet. Es beruht auf der Kombination von Extraktion und Titration und ermöglicht die Bestimmung von 1μg J−/ml. Br−, Cl−, NO3 − und SO4 2− stören die Bestimmung nicht.

Summary

A method has been developed for the titrimetric determination of micro-quantities of iodine by means of the organic reagents: Chrompyrazol I and Methylene blue. The recommended method is based on the combination of the extractional and volumetric methods and permits the titration of as little as 1μg of I−/ml. The determination is not impaired by the ions: Br−, Cl−, NO3 − and SO4 2−.
