Détermination photométrique de micro quantités de Nicotine au moyen d'acide aurichlorhydrique

Résumé

On a élaboré une méthode de dosage de petites quantités de nicotine (20 à 100μg) fondée sur la précipitation de la nicotine par l'acide aurichlorhydrique et sur la détermination photométrique de l'excès de ce dernier.

Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode zur Bestimmung kleiner Mengen Nikotin (20 bis 100μg) wurde ausgearbeitet. Sie beruht auf der Fällung des Nikotins mit Goldchlorwasserstoffsäure und der photometrischen Bestimmung des Fällungsmittelüberschusses.

Summary

A method has been developed for the determination of small amounts of nicotine (20 to 100μg) based on the precipitation of the nicotine by chlorauric acid and on the photometric determination of the excess of the latter.
