Zusammenfassung

Ein industrielles Spangemisch wurde mit drei bandelsüblichen Klebstoffen beleimt und anschließend mit Hilfe der FTIR-Spektroskopie analysiert. Abgeleitet von qualitativen Untersuchungen läßt sich der Anteil an Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Harz, Phenol-Formaldehyd-Harz und Polyvinylacetat im Holzpartikel-Bindemittel-Gemisch nachweisen. Entspechend der Klebstoffart werden Wellenzahlen angegeben, bei denen in Verbindung mit einem “inneren Standard” der Anteil des Bindemittels quantifizierbar ist.

Abstract

An industrial mixture of wood particles was sized with three commercial glues and then analysed by means of FTIR-spectroscopy. This allows the portions of urea-formaldehyde-resin, phenol-formaldehyde-resin and polyvinyl acetate in the mixture of wood particles and agglutinant to be detected qualitatively. According to the kind of glue, wave numbers are given: in connection with an “internal standard” these allow the portion of agglutinant to be quantified.
