Zusammenfassung
Die Kerne reifer Forellenspermien lassen sich durch Zusatz von Wasser, kurzes Homogenisieren und Zentrifugieren ohne Änderung ihrer Form und Größe rein gewinnen. Das morphologische Bild des Spermatozoons und seines Verhaltens während der einzelnen Stufen des Präparationsganges wird mit dem Phasenkontrast- und dem Elektronenmikroskop verfolgt. In molaren Neutralsalzlösungen lösen sich die Kerne völlig. Gelöstes Nukleoprotamin fällt in Wasser als homogene Membran oder in verschiedenen mizellaren Formen aus. Elektronenoptisch ließen sich keine Residualchromosomen oder Chromonemata nachweisen, wie sie von anderen Autoren aus somatischen Ruhekernen gewonnen wurden. Die Befunde decken sich mit den chemischen Analysen vonFelix und Mitarbeitern, nach denen die Kerne der Forellenspermien wahrscheinlich ausschließlich aus Nukleoprotamin bestehen. Die Frage nach der morphologischen Persistenz der genetischen Einheiten in Soma- und Keimzellen wird diskutiert.
