Summary

A method for purification of Penicillinase fromBacillus cereus is described whereby we obtain the enzyme in a very pure form and in excellent yields. Starting from a crude acetone precipitate, the purification is obtained by using successive separations with ammonium sulphate, in controlled conditions, and final ion exchange.
