Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Verfahren zur autoradiographischen Darstellung der intramyocardialen Durchblutungsverteilung nach experimenteller Coronarocclusion angegeben. Im Versorgungsbereich akut verschlossener Coronararterien wird eine inhomogene Reduktion der Durchblutung beobachtet, wobei die Innenschichten regelmässig stärker als die subepicardialen Myocardanteile betroffen sind.
