Inhibitory peptides from concanavalin A

Zusammenfassung

Durch Trypsinverdauung von nativem und denaturiertem Concanavalin A wurde eine Peptidfraktion erhalten, die sowohl die hämagglutinierende als auch die mitogene Wirkung von Concanavalin A hemmt. Die Fraktion zeigte jedoch keine Wirkung auf die Aktivität von Bohnenagglutinin.
