Josephson Junction spectrum analyzer for millimeter and submillimeter wavelengthsA prototype of the Josephson-effect spectrum analyzer developed for the millimeter wave band is described. The measurement results for spectra obtained in the frequency band from 50 to 250 GHz are presented.
