Capillary array electrophoresis: an approach to high-speed, high-throughput DNA sequencing

Abstract

The speed and throughput of DNA sequencing can be increased by performing sequencing separations on arrays of microcapillaries followed by detection with a laser-excited, confocal-fluorescence scanner.
