Abstract
TREMORINE (1-4 dipyrrolidino-2-butyne) has induced short-lived tremor and remarkable salivation in small laboratory animals. These manifestations have been considered as constituting a laboratory model for studying extrapyramidal syndromes of man1. Indeed, such animals have been used to screen possible therapeutic agents prior to clinical trial on patients suffering from Parkinson's disease.
