Spectral Properties of the X-Ray Objects GX 3 + 1, GX 354–5 and Sco XR-1

Abstract

The spectra of three X-ray objects have been measured from a balloon, and suggest that the sources are supernova remnants, and that the X-ray emission is due to magnetic bremsstrahlung.
