Among them, (Onstad et al., 1983) [13], (Cochran et al., 1986) [14], (Boever et al., 1988) [15], and (Andrighettoa et al., 1992) [16] predicted the DND indicators such as CPD, DMD, ADFD and OMD relatively earlier based on conventional methods of GLM. Later, (Weisbjerg et al., 2004) [17,18], (Mentink et al., 2006) [19] and (Huhtanen et al., 2008) [20] used MLM-based general methods to predict many DND indicators including NDFD, DMD and CPD.
