Abstract

Through the use of color, we offer a modest extension to the analysis of molecular dynamics simulation data for visualizing the nonequilibrium dynamics of high-energy destructive impact. The emphasis is on the utility of the color dynamics in revealing a sensible richness of very complex behavior which would be difficult to discover using popular analysis methods.
