DFT approaches unraveling the surface and morphological properties of MnMoO<inf>4</inf>
2021, Applied Surface ScienceCitation Excerpt :Thereby, the results point out the investigated surfaces as potential candidates to develop electronic and optical devices. It is also worth noticing that our theoretical prediction for bandgap values agrees with experimental results for bulk and surfaces [73–77]. This agreement strongly demonstrates the reliability of our DFT results.
