Measurement and correlation of the (p, ρ, T) relation of liquid cyclohexane, toluene, and ethanol in the temperature range from 233.15 K to 473.15 K at pressures up to 30 MPa for use as density reference liquids
2011, Journal of Chemical ThermodynamicsCitation Excerpt :The experimental results of 11 further author groups were considered, but not selected for comparison because of wide scatter, systematic deviations, a small number of measured points, or measurements only at p ≈ 0.1 MPa; these references are listed by Sommer [22]. The results of Kerimov and Apaev [27] and of Toscani et al. [28] show systematic deviations from the measurements of this work or scatter around them by up to ±0.2%, and several of their values deviate by up to 0.3%. ( The values exceeding 0.2% are plotted on the plot frame.)
