Experimental and theoretical investigation of the E1 — electroexcitation of the 3.08 MeV level in 13C

Abstract

Inelastic electron scattering experiments at momentum transfers q < 0.6 fm−1 have revealed a large transverse cross section. A theoretical explanation of the experimental results is given on the basis of the particle-core coupling model.
