Abstract

PryBa2−yCu3Ox thin films have been synthesized by MOCVD with differents compositions on MgO (100), SrTiO3 (100), LaAlO3 (012) substrates. The resistivity of this oxide varies with the composition. This characteristic should allow to modify multilayer properties. Secondary neutron mass spectrometry reveals that little interdiffusion takes place at the interfaces of YBCO / PBCO stacked layers. YBa2Cu3O7−x/PrBa2Cu3O7−x superlattices have been grown by this technique on (100) SrTiO3. Satellite peaks have been observed in the X-ray diffraction spectrum.
