Magnon density in bond disordered anisotropic Heisenberg system

Abstract

An RPA-CPA formalism is used to investigate the magnon density of states of Heisenberg models in which the planar exchange integrals are randomly distributed. A binary mixture is here considered. A precise analysis of the root behavior of the CPA equation has been necessary. Numerical convergence is presented in some detail.
