It has been reported that the magnetized tip can induce a movement and distortion of domain walls in soft magnetic materials and can write domains in a magnetic recording medium [39–41]. However, MFM was also used by many researchers to study the magnetic domains and magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials, such as Fe films or Fe52Co48 nanowires [42–44].
