Darstellung einiger phosphorhaltiger Carbamoyl-Verbindungen

Zusammenfassung

Durch Umsetzung von Vinylisocyanat mit Triäthylammoniumsalzen von Monoarylphosphorsäureestern entstehen N-Vinylcarbamoylphosphate; diese reagieren mit prim. und sek. Aminen wie das freie Isocyanat. Aus Vinylisocyanat und Dialkylphosphorigsäureestern entstehen N-Vinylcarbamoylphosphonsäureester. Isocyanate addieren sich an Diphenylphosphinoxyd in Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen Triäthylamin unter Bildung von Carbamoyl-diphenyl-phosphinoxyden.
