Additional information

This study was supported in part by U.S.P.H.S. Grant HE 07293.

This instrument has also been used as a carrier system for measuring blood pressure (with a Statham pressure transducer) and as a dimension gauge (with Whitney gauge transducers). All that is necessary is to use the appropriate bridge instead of the thermistor bridge and take the output from the phase detector instead of the pulse duration modulator.
