Another method of deconvoluting positron annihilation spectra obtained by the solid-state detector

Abstract

The use of various methods processing Doppler broadened annihilation spectra taking into account the detector resolution function and the restoration of the electronpossitron pair momentum distribution is discussed. A statistic regularisation method is proposed. The method is found to be effective particularly for the study of electron momentum distribution in metals.
