Summary

Retaining the same degree of sensitivity, the colour reaction of DDVP with resorcinol can be made more specific when pretreating with iodine, thereby eliminating the influence of by-products or degradation products.

Zusammenfassung

Die Farbreaktion von DDVP mit Resorcin lä\t sich bei gleichbleibender Empfindlichkeit dadurch spezifischer gestalten, da\ man durch vorheriges Behandeln mit Jod den Einflu\ der Neben- und Abbauprodukte eliminiert.
