Abstract
The four-CuO2-layer TlBa2Ca3Cu4O11−δ compound has a high superconducting transition temperature of 128 K and strong interlayer coupling. We have performed magnetic experiments on single crystals of TlBa2Ca3Cu4O11−δ, which include hysteresis loop, irreversibility line and time relaxation measurements. From these measurements, we observed the large critical current density, high irreversibility line and strongly temperature dependent flux creep rate in the TlBa2Ca3Cu4O11-gd single crystals.
