Hij stelt dat mijn uitgangspunt is dat de essentiële functie van de leider is om gegeven alle verhoudingen, het doel gesteld zijnde, de groep naar dit doel te leiden. Hij vervolgt dan met te stellen, dat hij het ruimer, nl. dynamisch wil zien en vergeet te vermelden, dat ik aansluitend op het citaat, in navolging van Limperg betoog, dat het wezenskenmerk is het initiatief tot actie. Actie nu is steeds dynamisch en nog wel in alle richtingen. Mijn eitaat hield reeds in, het oog gericht houden op mogelijkheden tot verbetering.
